At this time, I only ship dahlia tubers through Canada due to export restrictions. II use Canada Post Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost, both with tracking number, and the price is determined automatically in function of the delivery address. If you place additional orders, your overpaid shipping fees will be refunded.
